After quote approval or payment, you will be able to access your client portal where you can follow your order's progress. Just click the link in your confirmation email for easy order tracking!
We want your custom apparel to be just right. After placing your order, we'll provide you with a proof to review and approve.
On-the-Spot Approval:
If you're at our shop, we will often create artwork right before your eyes, allowing you to approve your proof on the spot.
Online Approval:
For all other orders, you can expect a proof to be emailed to you within 1 business day. You'll be able to view this proof in your very own customer portal.
Request Revisions:
You will have the opportunity to request revisions until you are happy with your design. This is also your opportunity to double-check all spelling.
No Production Until Approval:
Please be aware that your order will NOT proceed to production until you have approved your proof. This ensures that your design and specifications meet your expectations before we proceed to production.
Once you've given the green light, our skilled team springs into action. Your blank garments are ordered in, screens are prepared or films are printed. And your order is made. From screen printing to embroidery and quality checks, we handle the entire production process with precision and care. Your custom items are in good hands!
