  • Step 1: Place your order
    Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our REQUEST A QUOTE form here on our website, give us a call at 810-653-0711, or STOP BY OUR SHOP. Whether you're ordering custom team gear, corporate apparel, or promotional items, we're here to assist you every step of the way. After quote approval or payment, you will be able to access your client portal where you can follow your order's progress. Just click the link in your confirmation email for easy order tracking!
  • Step 2: Approve your proof
    We want your custom apparel to be just right. After placing your order, we'll provide you with a proof to review and approve. On-the-Spot Approval: If you're at our shop, we will often create artwork right before your eyes, allowing you to approve your proof on the spot. Online Approval: For all other orders, you can expect a proof to be emailed to you within 1 business day. You'll be able to view this proof in your very own customer portal. Request Revisions: You will have the opportunity to request revisions until you are happy with your design. This is also your opportunity to double-check all spelling. No Production Until Approval: Please be aware that your order will NOT proceed to production until you have approved your proof. This ensures that your design and specifications meet your expectations before we proceed to production.
  • Step 3: We Get To Work
    Once you've given the green light, our skilled team springs into action. Your blank garments are ordered in, screens are prepared or films are printed. And your order is made. From screen printing to embroidery and quality checks, we handle the entire production process with precision and care. Your custom items are in good hands!
  • Step 4: Your Order is Ready to Ship or Pick-Up.
    The moment you've been waiting for! You will receive an email notification informing you that your custom apparel is ready for pickup or shipping. We take pride in our fast turnaround times, so you can enjoy your personalized items without delay.
  • What are your typical turnaround times?
    Screen Printing and Direct to Film: 5-7 business days after art approval. Embroidery: 1 1/2-2 weeks after art approval. Sublimation: Starting at 14 days after art approval, and extending to 6 weeks for fully custom sublimation.
  • Is there an order minimum?
    Screen Printing: 6 pieces DTG: No minimum Embroidery: No minimum Sublimation: 6 pieces
  • Do you offer bulk order pricing?
    Yes! Our bulk discounts are typically tiered based on the quantity of items you order. As you increase the number of items in your order, the price per item decreases. This means the more you order, the more you save per unit! Pricing takes into account many variables such as type of item, number of colors in the print, and number of print locations. We would love to get more information on your project so we can get you a custom quote!
  • Can I track my order progress?
    Yes! You should have received a confirmation email after quote approval or payment with a link to track your order! Simply click and follow along through the whole process.
  • What sort of apparel do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of custom apparel - the possibilities are nearly endless. Whether you're part of a sports team, a school organization, a business, or a non-profit, we have something special for you. Our collection includes custom t-shirts, hoodies, caps, jerseys, and more.   • Can I order custom promotinal items through you?
    Yes! We love helping our customers with custom items and promotional products. we're passionate about helping businesses and organizations leave a lasting impression.   • Can I bring in my own shirts to print on?
    Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own items to print or embroider on. However, please be aware that WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTSIDE MERCHANDISE BROUGHT TO US FOR SCREEN PRINTING OR MONOGRAMMING. Please also keep in mind that if you are having an item DTG'd, it must be at least 80% cotton.
  • Do you only print Davison stuff?
    No! We will make just about anything for anyone.
  • Can you help me create a design?
    Yes! With our in-house Graphic Designer, we offer expert assistance to bring your ideas to life, ensuring your designs are perfect. Request a quote to get started with the design process. We also encourage you to get creative with our online designer tool. With thousands of design templates to choose from, you can craft your own designs easily and efficiently, giving you full control over the customization process.
  • Do you have artwork requirements?
    No! We can set up for printing any artwork or design provided to us. However, if you have vector artwork in file formats such as EPS, AI, or SVG that can speed the process.
  • Will you print my favorite pro or college sports team's logo?
    No. Unfortunately, that would be copyright infringement.
  • Will you print profanity?
    Nope. We all promised our moms.. no, swear words!
  • Can you put a photo on a shirt?
    Yes! Using our Direct To Flim printing method, we can print full-color photos and designs.
  • How does it work?
    1. Contact us: We'll help you pick out team apparel and create artwork for your store. 2. We'll build your online store: You'll have access to your store and a couple promo graphics in about a week. 3. Promote your store: You'll receive a unique web address that you can share anywhere online. Getting the word out about your store is up to you. 4. We handle order fulfillment: We complete orders and can either ship them to individuals, or you can pass them out at your team practice. All orders are produced after the store closes.   • What Can I Use a Custom Online Store For?
    Our Custom Online Stores are versatile and can be used for various purposes, including outfitting sports teams, promoting school spirit wear, fundraising for causes, or providing employees with corporate uniforms and merchandise.
  • What Types of Apparel and Merchandise are Available?
    Our online stores offer a wide range of options, including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, accessories, and more.
  • What Happens After an Order is Placed?
    Once an order is placed through the online store, we take care of the entire fulfillment process. This includes production, quality checks, packaging, and shipping to the designated addresses. All orders are fulfilled AFTER the store closes.
  • How Long Does Order Fulfillment Take?
    Orders are fulfilled and typically ship or are picked up by event organizers within 7-10 days AFTER the online store closes. You will recieve a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped. Event organizers are responsible for in-person order distribution.
  • Can I place an order after the store is closed?
    Unfortunately, no. This would hold up the production of everyone else's orders.. and that's just not very nice. You can however place an individual order for the item with us. You will not be able to relieve bulk order special pricing on this and it will not be available when other in-person orders are distributed.
  • Can You Assist with Large-Scale Events and Fundraisers?
    Absolutely! We have experience working with large-scale events, festivals, and fundraisers. Our team can help you plan and execute custom apparel solutions to make your event a success.
  • Can I Visit Your Facility or Showroom?
    We welcome visitors to our facility in Davison, Michigan. You can stop by our office from 10am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. We are located at 210 N Main St, Davison, MI 48423.
