Screen Prep/Screen Manager
You've been given an elephant. You can't give it away or sell it. What would you do with the elephant? -- Find a natural habitat for elephants near some herds and hope they'd be accepted into the family!
What do you do at Hilton? -- I manage the screens for the most part. I prep, burn, and spray out all of our screens. I also manage the upkeep of our screen stock.
What's your favorite part of your job? -- The fact that every part that goes into creating a product is essential. Even though everyone hates "my" area of production, it's still essential. I take extra pride and care making sure only the best screens go to the next stage. When I complete an extra challenging job, it's that much more rewarding.
